Introductory Services

This service is a free consultation in person or over the phone to review and discuss your goals, plans, and specific areas of need and/or problems. The result of this service is a summary and recommendation for the best solution to handle your unique situation.

Consulting Services

These services are directed towards a known objective. Based on a defined situation a consultant will gather data, evaluate the data collected and develop a plan to resolve the issue.

Software Engineering

Our Software Engineering team is experienced in the Microsoft ® and IBM ® iSeries (AS/400) environments.

We provide in these system environments development and maintenance of our own application software and other software systems. If you need an interface with Quick Books and/or Peachtree, it can be done economically and quickly. Web design, development and support of your website is an important sales tools, which done properly will drive in business to you. We can also interface your Website with your software system.

Establishing and supporting your internal Local Area Network (LAN) is an important ingredient for a smooth running operation.

Support Services and Training

Our Software Support team and trainers are experienced in the Microsoft ® and IBM ® iSeries (AS/400) environments. We support Microsoft ® operating systems, such as, Vista, XP, 2000 Server and 2003 Server, as well as, the IBM ® OS/400 Operating System.

We provide Software Support and Training for our own products and also other Systems. This area includes daily support as needed to answer questions or resolve hardware problems. System security is increasingly more important and we can better protect your data.

Software Support Agreements

Floral Computer Systems provides an annual Software Support Agreement (SSA) for our software products. We cover minimal services performed as a normal part of any computer installation, which includes:

    • Telephone support for you and your staff to address any computer questions or problems that develop in the normal course of business.
    • High priority services and response to all calls. When a problem develops its nice to know you can count on an immediate response to your call.
    • New features that are added to our software products are provided at no charge to you.
    • Enhancements to existing programs that will improve the efficiency of your operations. As programs are being used it may become apparent that improvements can be made to improve efficiency. We improve our programs and systems on a continuous basis.
    • Additional software that we develop for you which works in conjunction with our software products, is covered under this Agreement.
